Problem/Motivation

When someone try to login it will back this error:

TypeError: Drupal\Core\Extension\ModuleHandler::hasImplementations(): Argument #1 ($hook) must be of type string, null given, called in /var/www/html/web/core/lib/Drupal/Core/Extension/Mod

Steps to reproduce

1) Enable and configure the module.
2) Try to login withe azure login link.
