I would also like to raise #2949629: Split the modules page into Installed, Available, and Uninstall which relates to #2035079: [PP-1] Figure out what to do with the install/uninstall modules page as I think that's potentially a good first step to making the modules page more usable.

I'm going through the different proposals for modules page (#2035079, #2949629) using formal heuristics and compiling something on that. I'll try to grab someone from the project browser and ask questions. They were testing that here in Prague but that unfortunately overlapped with my own presentation, so I couldn't participate.
