To solve it I used solution in comment #59:

I need to delete these lines in bootstrap_barrio.info.yml

  views/views.ajax:

I have checked the patch is working fine. Once we apply the patch the "views.ajax" library-extend is removed from the bootstrap_barrio.info.yml file. Please check the below images:
