[11.x] [Meta] Remove deprecated extensions from Drupal 11

Problem/Motivation

Remove any extensions deprecated in Drupal 10.

Details on how to remove an extension are in the deprecation policy for modules and themes.

Proposed resolution

Remove modules where agreement was made and modules were deprecated in Drupal 10.
