Problem/Motivation

There is a new change, introduced on 8.x-1.x-dev version that is breaking installations using Drupal 9.2.

The issue is happening at the following line:

Steps to reproduce

Just try to save the settings form.

Proposed resolution

Change the if to \Drupal::VERSION < 9.3, since this is the core version that the service was introduced.
