On the Bartik theme, the background the modal is black and since the 'more info' link is also black in color, it looks hidden in the modal

Thanks for the report. Your banner looks a bit strange, almost like the colour settings haven't taken effect.

Can you run `drush cget eu_cookie_compliance.settings` and share the output?
