Problem/Motivation

User-defined descriptions do not appear for PCA Address webform fields

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a webform with a PCA Address component (not the deprecated version)
2. Enter some text in the Description, Help or More section for the webform component
3. View the form

Expected result

The text should display.

Actual result

The text does not display.
If manual input is allowed, then "Click here to enter your address manually." is displayed

Proposed resolution

tbc - possibly:
Update \Drupal\loqate\PcaAddressElementTrait::addAddressLookupField so that it does not overwrite what is included in the description
