The configuration of the magento.settings.yml file should have a magento.schema.yml file. for the testing purpose.
Without this the testcases won't work.
1. Install a setup a fresh drupal testing environment.
2. Add and install the magento module.
1. create a schema/magento.schema.yml file at this particular path magento/config based on the install/magento.settings.yml .
1. Create a patch or a Merge Request.
2. Review the Patch or Merge Request.
