The guide explains how to change the color scheme for the Bartik theme. The Color module seems to be deprecated and is not installed by default.
Remove step 3 or replace with up to date instructions on how to change colour scheme.

devashish jangid commentedIn your module list, color module is not installed, so first you need to install this module and then the color schema will appear in the bhartik theme for drupal.

avpadernoThe Color module that existed in Drupal core has been deprecated in Drupal 9.4 and moved to a contributed module, the Color backport module. This report is correct: The linked documentation needs to be updated.

quietone commentedThe page now shows the Olivero theme correctly. All the screenshots are updated and they do include the color change option.
