lendudeWe have this too when using the PHP internal webserver on our CI.
Not sure if just casting it to a string is the best way to handle this, shouldn't we just check if it is set before using it?

idebr commentedThis issue was fixed in #3226117: Uncaught RfcComplianceException when email From name contains a comma. The fix is available from Drupal 9.5.4 forward, see https://www.drupal.org/project/drupal/releases/9.5.4
