Description:
The method ::getAll() on Drupal\Core\Asset\AssetCollectionOptimizerInterface has been deprecated with no replacement, for removal in Drupal 11.0.0. There were no calls to this method in Drupal core.
In addition, the state entries drupal_css_cache_files and system.js_cache_files have been removed.
