@benjifisher I have another agenda item if possible. For https://www.drupal.org/project/drupal/issues/3227824#comment-14594300 it was suggested that we get feedback on description text on the 'Enable menu linkset endpoint' options checkbox that will be introduced by the decoupled menus endpoint.

Here's an issue that was just RTBC-ed and I threw it back to NW because it has the Needs usability review tag. It would be awesome to get this on the Usability radar: #2980299: Layout Builder cannot be uninstalled while overrides exist; no easy way to revert all overrides

The IS looks up-to-date and has some before/after screenshots.
