Create link on entity reference field

This module adds a new widget for entity reference fields that extends the autocomplete widget to display a link to the entity creation page for the type of entity used in this field.
It allows users to more easily create an entity that they can then reference in the field.

For now, it only supports node, taxonomy terms and media reference fields.
