Problem/Motivation

In #3291018: Move \Drupal\Tests\ckeditor5\Functional\CKEditor5QuickEditLibraryTest to the quickedit namespace/directory we committed an .orig file by mistake to 10.0.x-dev only, core/modules/quickedit/tests/src/Functional/CKEditor5/CKEditor5QuickEditLibraryTest.php.orig

This issue is created to remove that file.
