Would it be possible to create a new tag, e.g. 1.0.4? I would like to change the requirement's version in my composer.json from "1.0.x-dev" to "^1.0". Thanks!

After running this composer command i can update my email_tfa version to latest vesrion i.e. 1.0.3
composer require 'drupal/email_tfa:^1.0'
please find screenshots of composer.json and composer.lock file after adding version 1.0.3
Please let me know if there is still any issue.
