Watchdog's changed a bit, see Agaric's note on calling watchdog in Drupal 6.

I'm using webchick's suggested patch naming conventions, so I have to submit the issue before I reroll the patch. Coming momentarily, heh.

This patch corrects the one instance in the xml_format.inc file. Probably others in the other include files and module itself also need to be checked but I haven't looked yet.
