Problem/Motivation

It'd be helpful if the 8.3.x development branch could be added to the Version dropdown, so that issues can target the development version.

The branch also doesn't show below the current supported release as the development branch on the module front page https://www.drupal.org/project/coder

Done - created a dev release and now "8.3.x-dev" shows up in the version selector!
