I am the maintainer of https://www.drupal.org/project/advancedform

I can edit certain module settings, eg https://www.drupal.org/node/1015174/edit/releases and https://www.drupal.org/node/1015174/maintainers

At https://www.drupal.org/node/1015174/maintainers I see that I have "Edit project" permission.

However, I do not see "Edit" on the project page, and if I visit https://www.drupal.org/node/1015174/edit I see:

"403 - Access denied".

Unfortunately, you don’t have permission to enter this area of the site.

Steps to reproduce

- Be logged in as user xurizaemon
- Visit https://www.drupal.org/node/1015174/edit

The text format was set to Full HTML. Since you aren't allowed to use it, you could not edit the project node too.

I changed it to Filtered HTML.
