Description:
Drupal is dropping explicit support for non-WebView versions of UC Browser. In order to use modern CSS features in Drupal, we need to remove support for some older browsers.
UC Browser is a web browser developed by mobile internet company UCWeb, a subsidiary of the Alibaba Group. It is based on the Chromium browser engine, but that has not been kept up to date. Some modern versions of UC Browser appear to use Android WebView, which means they use the operating system version of Chrome/Chromium instead; these versions should be unaffected.
