Problem/Motivation

Currently when we import products from magento it adds 100 products in the queue but what we only want to import a single product their is now option we can do that.

Steps to reproduce

Install the module .
Setup a magento interface side by side.
get your api keys and access token and enter it in the magento module settings

Proposed resolution

create a drush commands to import product with entering SKU of the product.
