Problem/Motivation

I have intention to update / close this issue (#608826: Install breaks without Javascript enabled if you have has_js cookie set) as outdated (or fixed), as it was fixed when this issue was commited few months ago: #229825: backport "$_COOKIE['has_js'] must die" patch to 7.x.

However I am unable to comment or change anything in that issue - it seems like readonly to me. I can edit / comment all other issues without problems, so there must be some problem with permissions or something similar in that issue (#608826).

Can you please check that? Thanks!

The input format for that issue was set to Full HTML. Since you aren't allowed to use it, Drupal didn't allow to comment on that issue.

I changed the input format to Filtered HTML and you should now be able to post comments.
