Request for 'confirmed' user role

I would like to request for a confirmed user role because I would like to begin contributing to the Drupal community. More specifically the organisation I work for has developed a new Text to speech Drupal module allowing better accessibilty for vision impaired users by providing an audio file to voice the content to the user.
