After I click "Fetch my contacts for individual review" nothing happens. It does show that it's waiting on the server to get something, but I'm not getting a lightbox or a newpage. I'm pretty sure Lightbox2 is configured correctly.

I know it's still in dev, but is anyone else experiencing this problem?

try the non-javascript version at
example.com/contact_importer
see if it gives you any errors or timeouts.
