Hi @SocialNicheGuru - thanks for upgrading (or attempting!). A few questions:

What version of Charts were you upgrading from?
Had you previously saved the default configuration at /admin/config/content/charts ?
If you save configuration at /admin/config/content/charts and then reattempt the update, does that work?

@SocialNicheGuru - this is fixed in 5.0.x, but the answers to my questions in comment #2 would still be very helpful.

i hadn't touch charts at all.
I will try it and retry the update. although it does look like it went through
