https://www.drupal.org/project/eu_cookie_compliance/issues/3243001 caused a regression on https://www.drupal.org/project/eu_cookie_compliance/issues/3272556.

These lines should not have been merged: https://git.drupalcode.org/project/eu-cookie-compliance/-/commit/219efea...

Steps to reproduce

- Load a page with the popup
- Save a preference
- Check the classes on the body tag, it will not contain eu-cookie-compliance-status- anymore.
