Problem/Motivation

When you create an event and choose to have it the all day it will say the event has already passed.

Steps to reproduce

- Create an event with all day checked and make sure begin and end date are the same day

Proposed resolution

Make sure the time differs so it will not be passed.

This occurs only when the start and end dates are today and the all day field is activated. Shouldn't it be like this? Should the status that the event has passed appear tomorrow?
