rkollerGreat idea and list of questions! One detail that might be helpful as guidance for potential testers. It would be helpful to add instructions to the IS where you would prefer to get the feedback from the testers and in what form? directly as a comment in this issue or uploaded as a text file or somwhere/somehow else? at least for the first person posting such a report it is uncertain how to proceed and what the preferred way would be. at a later point if the first one or two testing reports are in it would be more clear.

phenaproximaThanks for the feedback, @rkoller. The hope is that people will clone this issue, and modify the issue summary in the clone to answer the questions. In the beta testing instructions, we link people directly to a form to clone this issue.
