Allow selecting a preferred menu when utilising the "use_menu_title_as_fallback" option

Problem/Motivation

It is not uncommon to have some portions of a site's main navigation repeated in other menus, e.g. footer links, some kind of shortcuts, etc. and have them named differently but still share the path with the main menu link. Currently we have no control over which link name will be used for the breadcrumb when the "use_menu_title_as_fallback" option is turned on since EasyBreadcrumbBuilder simply picks the first matching link encountered.

Proposed resolution

• Add a new configuration value menu_title_preferred_menu that lets us choose a preferred menu to use for title fallback in the module configuration form.
• When picking the link to use in build(), prefer links from our chosen menu, fallback to the default behaviour of using first result if the preferred menu doesn't have a matching entry.
