Problem/Motivation

When rendering an entity, it is important to use the correct account to ensure that private data is or is not shown. Sometimes the target user is not the same as the current user, so we need to switch.

Proposed resolution

Switch account in Email::render() if ::appendBodyEntity() has been called.
