Delete an unused 11 year old sandbox blocking the Commerce Reports name

As a follow-up to #3274615: Transfer Commerce Reporting to Centarro, as I began cleaning up the project page and prepared to work on it, I wanted to rename the project page to match the actual project name, "Commerce Reports." Unfortunately, in 2011, someone created the following sandbox using the "Commerce Reports" name, preventing commerce_reports from using it:

This sandbox is completely empty and unused. Can it please be deleted or at least renamed so I can set commerce_reports to "Commerce Reports"?
