Problem/Motivation

As a maintainer of plugins modules, I'd like to make sure that the configuration for my contrib CK5 plugin is correctly understood by Drupal. This should be report page that lists all CK5 enabled plugins, together with the elements that it applies to.

Start within a Git clone of the project using the version control instructions.
