Query string twig token is empty {{ nid }} if there are no views results [#3274081]

added a query string
edit[field_myentityreference][widget][0][target_id]={{ nid }}

I enabled "Use first row"
so {{ nid }} is available.

but what comes up when I hit enter and the view is saved is

node/add/mycontenttype?edit[field_myentityreference][widget][0][target_id]

This is a Drupal core issue with views and twig token replacement not working if the view is empty
