Start with a higher number of default colors

The Charts default settings contains ten default color options. After years of using this module, I'm finding that a greater number of default colors will be helpful, and is easy to implement. Let's add more - we can determine the exact amount as we select them and see if we're encountering challenges with making the default colors distinct enough and accessible enough.
