Improvements to policy embedding

Problem/Motivation

1) When listing embedded policy (for specific entities rather than all entities) show an expanded summary. Put one adjuster per line and allow the adjuster to output some short text. E.g. address adjusters would show the address.

2) Guide the admin for common elements to add to policy based on the type of email.

Proposed resolution

1)

• Add EmailAdjusterInterface::getSummary().
• Add a parameter to MailerPolicy::getSummary(bool $expanded). Call the above if $expanded is TRUE.
• In MailerPolicyListBuilder::buildRow() pass $expanded if $overrideEntities is set.

2) The required information is present on the @EmailBuilder annotation. Use it in PolicyEditForm: put them first in the list of adjusters to add and perhaps in help.
