"Invalid character in Config object name eu_cookie_compliance.cookie_category" in eu_cookie_compliance_update_8123

Problem/Motivation

When updating database with a drush updb after an EU Cookie Compliance module update, there is a hook_update which transforms categories to standalone config entites.

This update hook tries to detect categories from current config using _eu_cookie_compliance_extract_category_key_label_description function, but fails if there are line breaks in category descriptions. That occurs because we have HTML in those descriptions, but may occur also if anyone sets a line break on them.
