Steps to reproduce

I'm not exactly sure how to reproduce, but personally we don't have secondary menu in the menus list.

Proposed resolution

Make sure we handle the case where menus are not exist or available anymore.

I suppose it happened because you added Secondary menu to the Vocabulary menu settings and then deleted it from the website. I hope this issue is solved by changing the code to the core functions since I completely rewrote it in 3.0.x version. If it still happens, please, reopen this issue.
