Any ETA, please? As far as I can see, this should be unblocked by upgrafing to Drupal 9.3.x

Unfortunately, that patch isn't going to work, because we need Drupal 9.3.x for the new version of update_helper to work. See https://www.drupal.org/project/update_helper/issues/3264246

Therefore I believe that postponed status matches current state of things.
