Globally problem is the following - some core's drupal libraries will be removed in Drupal 10, and we have to clean all related projects which have related to these deprecated (in Drupal 9) and removed (in D10) libraries.

Thank you for the report and MR. While D10 might drop support for IE11, this project doesn't plan to do so. So it either needs to hold the polyfill on its own, or depend on another contrib project that holds the polyfill that got dropped off core.
