Problem/Motivation

Currently the address adjusters (subclasses of AddressAdjusterBase) take a value and optionally a display name.

It would be useful to add some convenience shortcuts to send to a user name/mail or to the site name/mail. These are faster to configure and will still work even if the user or site emails are changed.
