Remove dependency of machine_name_widget

Problem/Motivation

As machine_name_widget is being added to the core we should remove the dependency of the module should apply the patch manually to the core. depending on the core version we are using.

Proposed resolution

Remove the composer.json file, and add steps to add the patch - https://www.drupal.org/project/drupal/issues/2685749 until the patch is merged to Drupal 9 core.
