thallles_0.jpeg is a jpeg file, not a webp.

The webp image preview does not work, and the select button does not work either, so you cannot place an image easily in the body.

Drupal 9 allows the use, normally, of webp out the box. So it's a bug, imho.

I've changed the .webp file icon on the file explorer to the image icon, also.

Fixed using image_extensions config option, which can be altered to add/remove extension support
