Many people, like me, use the User Registration Password module.

With this module, users are able to create their account along with their password and simply activate their account when receiving the verification email.

It would be good to have a UserRegistrationPasswordEmailBuilder.

Nice, thanks, looks good. Sorry since #3253847: Improvements to Email interface this needs updating - please search and replace UnrenderedEmailInterface with EmailInterface (3 places I think, including one in a comment).
