We removed our dependency on Symfony CMF in #2917331: Decouple from Symfony CMF, we can now remove our dependency on it.

Remove the dependency.
Tidy up any remaining references to Symfony CMF.

A small part of layout builder relies on the wrong RouteObjectInterface, we should probably backport this change to 9.x.x.
