I tried to create a description of Drupal 9 issue and it was marked as SPAM so not sure where I went wrong both
here and on my installation.
The solution I found are outdated for Drupal 9.

I have Apache 2 , MariaDB and Drupal 9 cleanly causing the CLEAN URL problem but no where is a concise installation guide.
