Option to Remove repeated identical segments by text only

Problem/Motivation

When using views with filters the breadcrumbs and create trails that have the same name over and over by they do link to different pages.
However this creates a breadcrumb trail with many of the same title repeated.
Enabling "Remove repeated identical segments" does not have an effect as the last check of the remove repeated compares the urls.

Proposed resolution

A flag that can be toggled that removes the final check with the urls.
