Attach Drush logger to Sentry client when Drush is in debug mode

Sentry SDK has a debug log, if you attach a PSR 3 logger to the Sentry client. We could perhaps take advantage of this feature when running Drush in debug mode, by attaching the Drush logger to the Sentry client.
