Problem/Motivation

Automated testing fails with

Unable to install modules: module 'scheduler_rules_integration'. Its dependency module 'typed_data' is incompatible with this version of Drupal core.

This fault started on 3rd November and is likely to be caused by #3247127: Drop explicit D8 support in -dev once Drupal 8 is no longer supported

Proposed resolution

Move the Rules Integration tests into a separate test group, which can be filtered out using testgroups: in drupalci.yml

That's good. Now we can run all tests except the Rules Integration ones, and get a green pass.
