Description: 

The drupal_add_html_head_link() function overwrites any duplicate links already added to the page. The hreflang attribute is now considered (in addition to the href and rel attributes) when determining if a link is a duplicate. This allows links with identical href attributes but different hreflang attributes to be added to the page.
