Problem/Motivation

the class properties Drupal\Core\Database\Query\Connection::statementClass and statementWrapperClass can both be NULL while they are both documented as string.

Steps to reproduce

The statementWrapperClass is currently being set to NULL. The other is supposed to be set to null if the driver provides a wrapper.

Proposed resolution

Change each to @var string|null
