Cleaning up this module, I see there is still a master branch containing code that is an older version of the 6.x-1.x branch.

Drupal projects should not have master branches.

This is a tracking issue to document the removal.

Code deleted from master, master branch deleted in git and pushed, and default project branch set to 7.x-2.x instead of master.
